Phoenix Gold Phorum

I have a NIB Tarantula en route purchased from a third party, not an authorized SoundStream dealer. Never got no NIB hardware before. I'd like to open it and take some pictures before it lands in a '69 Lincoln MkIII. I know this would void any warranty.

Do I have any warranty support from SoundStream without a dealer direct purchase even though the unit is NIB? I can't find anything on their website:

I am pretty sure most (if not all) manufacturers will void warranty if you buy from unauthorized dealers. But what do I know?? I am a newbie myself

I used to sell soundstream no you have no warranty anyway so you might as well open it up and peek. most if not all stores won't help you with sending a product in for warranty unless you bought it from them and if you send it directly to soundstream as soon as they see a receipt from an unauthorized seller they will not honor any warranty.
