Right now you don't want any of my spares. Once they are done I doubt I'll part with them so easily.

Wow, I wouldn't imagine that sun fade would do that. Isnt the heat sink anodized the same as the rest? Also, the print seems to be blue. I have no clue what color the print is usually but I wouldn't think that blue print would show up on blue anodized finish.

I honestly think it looks pretty cool.

It's a combination of a bit of sunfade and my crappy foto skills ;).
Actualy its not as bad a iT looks in THE pictures.
But here in THE netherland its not always easy to get a hold of oldskool pg so i Cannot be picky.

Btw THE print is actually green but iT looks blue Because of THE blue chassy underneath.

Yea I love it too. Now I'd like to get some brochures from back in the ZPA days to fill the brochure holder with. That would just be awesome.

Digging this one up from the dead. Pair of XMAX 8's, V1 I assume? I was wondering if the T/S specs and the box sizes given for the XMAX8 V2 on the FTP here are accurate for this sub also? I was also wondering, anyone know for sure which post is +, and which one is - ? 9 volt battery trick best? Also trying to source out a pair of the missing screw on binding posts, these ones seem to be larger than most standard ones I have seen around here. Thanks.

Easiest and fastest way is with a small battery (less than 9vdc).

Thanks very much, never owned any XMAX subs before. Many visual differences between V1 and V2's?

The main one that I know of is that the leads to the voice coil are insulated on the v2 and not insulated on the v1.

I have a v2 12". + is on left and - is on right with mine. I'm sure yours would be the same.

Well finally after a few years being on here, becoming more seasoned, getting to know you all a lot better, doing more buying, selling, and trading with some of you. I have been working on a new work bench for the garage for doing to testing and repairing. So during the process I have also taken the opportunity to take some photos of all my gear. Most PG but some a few others. So anyways, over the years I think I am worthy enough to post what I currently have. so hope you guys enjoy.

That's a badass collection. I used to have those MTX amps, I really liked them. I also really want to get my hands on some of those black ZX amps.

Yea that series is my absolute fav of mtx's. They prob are the most under rated amps ever built. The 2300x i have is rated 750rms bridged at 4 ohms dynamic. But they have been actually benched at around 950rms. They are absolute beasts!!!!
