I remember seeing a video a few years ago of a guy powering his sawzall with some amps... I think they were crossfires.

I have a 1400 watt DC power supply on my bench, no battery. When I test a amp at my bench I am limited to that power level at this time. I think I could do this though..

I can only guess JBL amps sound like a saws-all cutting through aluminum

now you guys know that you can use your D class amps as power inverters to run drills and refrigerators, servers < for you Tom), and window air conditioners, and it will sound just great doing it

The window air conditioners will be great for the red-neck additions to cars and trucks everywhere. Now they will look good hanging off the side of a car and be functional to. :D

Seriously though he did make some very good points about high current low ohm voice coils and overall speaker efficiency. They were dead on about that fact. :hmm:

Yes 60 hertz will work except overseas where they have 50 hertz :)

It you really want to try something use a 100 hertz tone and the saws-all will try to run at double speed. And if its a tripath you could get a 400 hertz tone and turn your saws-all in to a dremel tool

This is what Pandy should have used for his electric blower for his car motor. then he could dial up his rpm's on the motor to control the boost factor to his engine  :)
