Thats the ONLY RSd vid I've seen. Kinda disappointing for such a great budget subwoofer.

I took a really really really low quality video of my RSD 10 playing death metal.... The camera couldn't track it or pick up the sound.

lol, what does the video tell you?

I don't know, just fun to look at installs, see how well they're driven with different amounts of power, etc.

My install gives it 250 watts off the rear of my Ti500.4.

Just tried modeling in unibox for the first time and with a 3.6 cu. ft. box and 2 - 12" DVC RSd's in parallel/series off 700w, I get this:

That doesn't look so good to me. Anyone do the same and see what they get?

That's 14mm one way excursion. If your program is expecting the usual peak to peak, you have to double the number... so 28mm full Xmax.

It says Xmax Peak, I'm not sure if it means peak xmax one way, or peak to peak. sigh.

No, in Unibox the box says Xmax Peak, I don't know if I should use peak to peak excusion or one way xmax. I'm assuming I should use peak to peak, but then if you model 2 with the listed box sizes that pg recommends there is no way you'll use the full potential of these subs off 500w each.

Ah sorry, I get what you're asking.

From looking at screenshots of other people's Unibox graphs, it seems to me that you enter the one-way Xmax.

If you use one way xmax, then 900w in a 1.8 cu ft sealed box with 1 rsd12 would reach xmax waaay to easily. Even 500w is what i would consider overkill. So how do they hold up, somthing doesn't seem right.
