Questions about TLD44

Well, I'm getting close to doing the install in the girlfriend's FJ Cruiser and I had a few questions. First of all the FJ comes from the factory with a total of 8 speakers. 2 of them are on the dash (where I will be putting the tweets), 2 of them are in the doors (where I will be putting the mids), 2 are in the headliner (I will be leaving these alone), and 2 of them are in the back (again, I will be leaving these alone). So, I am going to use the TLD44 as a line driver as well as a LOC. So, my question is how do I wire this up exactly?
I know for the front 2 channels I will be cutting into the door speakers and running these channels to the comps and just not hooking up the 2 speakers in the dash, but for the rear I am a little confused. First of all the rear speakers are all the way back in the cargo area up high on the pillars. Should I just cut them out and hook up the rear channels to the TLD44 for sub use? Or is there a way to splice into the rear speaker wires and still have some rear fill and still use the rear channels for the sub?
I hope my rambling makes sense, also I will need help with x-over points because I'm a complete idiot when it comes to that sort of thing, but we'll save that for another thread!
