Hey guys a quick one,

If I have an X2004, and bandpass the fronts - for midbass
and Rears Lowpass for woofer
and I have an LPL connected , how would the midbass be affected by the LPL.

As long as the LP is enabled on that particular channel, then it will be able to be adjusted also.

mmmm, I only want to adjust the woofer , not the midbass as well.

And does anyone know the Damping factor on the amp

the lpl will effect whatever is being effected by the LP.

by bandpass, do you mean using LP AND HP simulataniously (just making sure)

you might have to get a unit like the MX2 and run your rear channel's signal out of that (with the LPL) and bypass the rear crossovers

Correct , Low pass and High pass on the Xenon, on the same set of channels.

So Midbass on the fronts and Woofers on the rear.

I was sure that if this was the case then the LPL would only affect the rear channels

If you can, feed your X200.4 a lowpass signal, at the frequency of your highest point on the midbass. Then you only have to use the highpass to set the low point for the midbass, and lowpass for the subwoofer.

Then you can independantly adjust the midbass AND subwoofer signals..........
I currently run an EpiCentre - in a word, outstanding. Have not tried a BassCube to date, but anticipate the same results.

I have 2 PG BassCubes available - One white, one black. Either is cherry condition.

My recommendation would be to set it up with speakers and run a test. I was concerned about a similar problem when running the xover section on my Ti500.4 in a complicated manner. I wanted to HP the front channels for my Tielite components and BP the rear channels for the Ti9 midbass all while creating a LP aux out (with LPL control!) to run into the MS1000. The LPL only attenuated the LP aux out and not the BP channels. The difference in my setup as compared to yours is the Ti amp uses the compliment of the HP on the front channels as the LP portion of the BP (whereas yours has both hp and lp switches for each set of channels). But who knows until you test it? I have found that the xover sections on the Ti and Xenon multichannels are so versatile PG had a difficult time describing all the possibilities in the manuals!

If your test shows that the LPL attenuates both sets of channels on the xenon amp then I would approach it as Stipud suggested. What amp are you using for the tweeters? You may be able to configure an aux output on that amp to create the LP for you. If so, just daisy chain the signal onto the X200.4 and only use the HP on the front section.
