Outlaw question!

Im wonder why the plack on my outlaw doesnt say anything on it.. Its just blank. Did they come this way??

Nope its supposed to say something, its probably faded and wiped off since it was a stenciled on only to the chrome back plate, things don't stick to chrome well, and that was years ago when it was built....C

hmm. it must have been polished cause theres no sign of anything being on there. Its just shinny chrome.
