Hi, just as the topic say.. and i plan to do it myself.. :o i have never done this before but i find a review here for a few months ago, can´t find i now but i have a decent memory (not from school doH) ;)! are still a n00b and i need any good advice i can get! (plz in easy english.. ;))

anyway the big problem is that i cant find any cap´s rated as the cap´s in my amp (zpa 0.5) the 2200 μf 16v are not available:( the only one I could find is 16v 10000μf and 22000μf at 105°C.. so i need help with finding the right caps, or can i use the 10000μf ? dont think so unfortunately.

I need
12 of 16v 2200 μf 105°C
2 of 35v 4700 μf 105°C
2 of 50v 10000 μf 105°C
in a store that send to sweden :D

regards/Daniel

Yes you can use bigger caps. I used 10,000uF versions in a Reactor update I did.

These caps are charged all the time when your amplifier is connected to your power wire, and your battery. Changing them to larger or smaller values will not affect the turn off or turn on time of your amp. The larger the caps are, the better job they will do keeping your amp fed with current when a large music note (such as a bass note) is required of the amplifier.
