Looks like a service tag on the bottom of the 0.3...And yes they are pretty Ok amps. I own 3 of the bigger 0.5's myself, But I be crazy also... :)

The x-over is also nice I have two of those also but some folks say I am a PG store also

It is a service tag. The guy was very honest about that. Is that a reason to shy away?

Well if it is a PG tag then no question at all. If not look into whoever worked on it and what they did to it. Its not a super sophisticated amp but service varies from tech to tech. Not many have the same standards.

Ask what was done to it? it does not hurt, but realize most folks don't talk tech so only the service document will tell what was done. It has all its old caps inside, and with age these will need to be replaced, especially the 12 volt side thats the 5 or 6 tall ones off to the side near the power terminals...C

The only way this would work is if I use a single amp system.

Isnt there anyone around here concerned about weight or size?

Anyways. I just got through putting it in the car and its all good.

I had a few scares. Once i tried to power up without the plexi and forgot about the safetyswitch  . Another when I thought one channel wasnt working but it was the new deck. I really havent had a chance to mess with it since my knock started the day after I got the deck.
