Shift Series amplifiers. Killer amps for the money, excellent build quality/design inside and out. Bi-Polar output stage, big unregulated power supplies, oversized terminals, beefy heatsink, etc, etc.

Went with a more conservative look, logo lights clear/white very classy.

Crossovers are 12dB per octave, nice balanced high level inputs (not cheap noisy hilevel inputs), external level control ready for all amps.

Gives our customers a more affordable option below $300. Maybe some bigger amps to follow later this year.

S250.1 - $150 to $200USD

RMS Power @ 4 ohm 125 x 1
RMS Power @ 2 ohm 250 x 1

S500.1 - $250 to $300USD

RMS Power @ 4 ohm 250 x 1
RMS Power @ 2 ohm 500 x 1

S400.4 - $250 to $300USD

RMS Power @ 4 ohm stereo 50 x 4
RMS Power @ 2 ohm stereo 100 x 4
RMS Power @ 4 ohm bridged 200 x 2

Oh did I mention we tweaked our XP subs? ;)

so are these replacing the current x series? below them from a technology standpoint ro above them?

these look great and sound like they are priced right.. great job.

if you come out with a 200x2 and a ~800 watt mono...you might have me looking twice at me xenon's

how does the new XP compare with the currant PG line? (specifically the RSD and RSDc?)

wow, those are super sexy. Looks expensive too

These are just a step below the X series.

The beefy electrical package is almost the same, just delete the higher sloped crossovers, high powered monoblocks (for now) and offer a more conservative cosmetic.

X-series is still received very well, almost 3 years later. Its amazing people still love big power!!! Duh.

Are these a whole other brand or are they PG stuff? Excuse the noob question here but I've never heard of them and they look good as hell.

The new look has a very appealing quality. I think we see far too many amps with busy cosmetics.

If you dont mind me asking, who did the aesthetic design of it? A consultancy?

Im sre others can elaborate more, but Exile is a totally seperate company from PG. However, it was started by some ex-PG guys, hence thier affiliation with the phorum.

Exile is a new company made by some ex-PG staffers.

Guys just to clarify a few things.

These are Exile Audio amps, Shift is name of series it matches our Shift speaker line. They have nothing to do with PG.

I posted it since there is usually fair amount of interest in our products here, and I wanted to get some feedback. Feedback is very positive, I appreciate it.

We design ALL of our own products, yeah even the cosmetics.

these look good, but are the endplates plastic this time around? looks really good.. look like they will fit in real well with the theme from either set of speaker lines..

its almost like someone actually read our old 'what would you like to see in an amp' topic..

Morgan,

Not much else to say here man, I love the look of them! Do they spec low or are the specs pretty close to regular power output? They look like a great alternative and a great bang for the buck! Keep up the good work!!
