ZXTi more like Ti amps than ZX amps is what I know. I think the outputs are different and with the ZX having more "headroom".

Of course, none of that is technical so it's not very helpful.

as far as i know zx are older, and were made better overall, no rusting, a lil more headrom.
ZXti and Ti have rust a lil better on board eqs, a lil newer.

I have chosen Ti, but if i had to do again, i would go for black ZX.

Ti amps are a more reliable, ZX amps have more headroom.

Ti amps actually reduced the headroom in order to be more reliable, and they also have better crossover components, which are less prone to failure.

Acoustically I cant tell the difference between either of them, so I personally went with Ti AL's as they don't rust like the Ti or ZX do. However, most of my other PG installs have used ZX amps... the ZX450 is probably the most versatile amp on the planet. The crossovers are so incredibly flexible, you can do anything with it!

I agree with ^^^^! The ZX450v2 is one of my all time favorite amps!
