M25

Post by Rold Gold »

I can't ever remember seeing "Series II" on the M series amps. Whats the difference between them?
Those tender little burgers with them little, itty-bitty grilled onions that just explode in ya mouth like flavor crystals every time you bite into one.. just makes me want to burn this muthafuka down.... Come on, Pookie, let's burn this muthafuka down!!!

The series 1 had the power, ground, and remote already wired into the inside of the amp (three wires hanging out) whereas the series 2 had the terminal blocks to connect these to.

Thanks Mando!

I'm trying to get the one off ebay but we'll see. I can only spend $75 shipped so we'll see.

The power ratings of the Series II gave rating of 14.4 V so they were higher. They look pretty similliar inside, but I never really went over them with a tooth and comb when they were side by side.

M25 are 65 x 2 and 140 x 1 (I think they might be a little under rated).

I really like my M25's, they sound great on the front PG RSD65cs that I have (they aren't they loudest amps in the world but get loud enough for me) I tried the M25 on my RSD10 and didn't get loud enough, the subs today demand too much power for a M25.

What about it SQ?
Im waiting for my Titaium Comp Elite Set to use a "twin amp" config. Each amp will power a side of my comp set.

SQ wise the M25's are superb! Bridged per side will sound great.
