TBA-1 Signal cable, what to use as replacement?

Post by coffee_junkee »

The cable for my TBA-1 has seen better days.. What would be the best cable to use a a replacement for the original? I haven't called Phil yet to see if a replacement PG is available and the search tool brings up everything you ever wanted to know about the TBA-1, but the cable! :D

PS/2 cables for computers work... but the main problem is finding one that has both male ends.

Alternatively, you can just make a cable with two mini-DIN 6 ends.

I thought the end of that bugger looked familiar... Thanks a ton!

A quick search of eBay reveals that PS/2 and KVM cables are one in the same. $5.50, shipped for a 12' white one to match my original TBA-1 set..

Sweet!
