rubber lifting off Xmax - what to use?

My cousin called me last night and said a but og the rubber is coming off his xmax. Now I know I wrote down a product to use to apply so that it sticks together but I forget it. He wanted to use silicone but silicone doesnt stick it just seals

anyone have any recommendations

2 part epoxy will work, need to clean the old adhesive off of the basket.
also the rubber itself

done it many times get a small model paint brush and then just apply
