Setting up a BassCube with a amp with built in crossover?

I have been playing around with my BassCube lately and my first project was with a my ZX500 and I just set the Zx to bypass the crossover and was pleased with the performance. Anyhow , my subs can take 1000 rms each so I want to set up my audiobahn 1600 rms HC amp with the cube. I already have the amp and cube installed and I just left the amp's settings on low pass filter around 45-50 hz and it does sound really good but I was curious as to what would be the best way to set up the Bahn amp with the cube? The amp has NO crossover bypass , all it has it low pass filter, high pass filter and full range and then the bassboost with a gain and remote ( i dont even have the remote installed and the boost settings all the way down on the amp)
Is there any better way to set this amp up with the bassCube?
the 12''s are in a sealed enclosure and I got to say that when I listened to Lil Wytes"Oxycotton" today with the cube on I could barely see the road

I learn something every day

I was kinda thinking that would be the closest setting
Here is another question or two I have . I also would like to run a 15 '' in a ported box that sounds really good with the zx 500 but would like to take advantage of the Basscube for both boxes and subs and I thought that I read there is a setting ( i forget ) that works with both sealed and ported on the basscube. ???
The sealed 12''s and the ported 15'' are around the same tuned frequency so do you think it would be a waste of my time installing them all? will they cancel out each other?
Any recommendations or should I just forget the extra 15"
I have never installed a sealed with a ported before
Thanks

i personally think it would do more harm then good adding the 15 in to the mix, but if you are gonna do it, you would want to have a separate amp for the 15, then use a y splitter from the bass cube to give each amp the same signal, then use each amps gain and crossovers accordingly.

Instead of using a y splitter could I just run some rcas througt the audiobahns line out to produce the same frequency as the cube?
The 15 will run just soley witht the PG amp 600 rms sub and 600 rms @ 4 ohm amp. Teh audiobahn will run the 12's
Because I am using the cube for both which setting do I choose? I have both the switches in the out position for a sealed enclosure but like I said i thought I read that there was a setting that would work for both sealed and ported
Thanks

the "setting" is just the subsonic filter, so you will basicly follow the ported instructions for the cube.

Gotcha Thanks! what about the question regarding if I run the zx500 through the line out on the bahn , will it give the same basscube signal? If not I have some y cables

i'm not sure if the out is a stright through or not.
basicly the y splitter would let the amps gain's and crossovers be 100% independent of each other.
if the aux out isnt effected by that, it should work also

Are you trying to mix sizes? If so, I wouldnt. To many cancelation issues, its pretty much pointless.

I was thinkin the same thing about the cancelation issue but both the 15' ported and the 12's in a sealed hit at around the same frequency , basicly very high spl , lows are pretty good with the ported the sealed not the best.
I guess I am a 15'' kind of guy but all I have to work with right now is 2 12's Aluminum wolfers and a 15''

Mixing the sizes of subwoofers is BAD! You will more than likely end up with less output then with either one of the set-ups alone. Also both boxes will have different resonate frequencies making the base qube also piontless. Setting the gains correctly will be a PITA. Etc, etc ...
If you're a 15" guy then use the 12's as a temperary system till you get the subs you really want. I know some people have to find out for themselves before they understand. So take it for what it's worth, but I think you'll be spending alot of time doing something you'll end up un-doing.
