What is the deal w/ the 2 ohm stereo rating being 150 watts rms x 4 on the ZX-450, while the 4 ohm bridged rating is 250 watts x 2? This doesnt make sense to me as a 2 ohm stereo load is identical to a 4 ohm bridged. Which rating is correct? Anyone want to enlighten me on why pg would rate power like this?

try pm'ing Roland on the form, we works for PG and has YEARS of experiance with all pg's amps

PG really sucks at getting their facts checked in manuals ;)

I'd bet that 300 is the correct number.

I tend to agree, thus I went w/ the 750 watt rms driver, vs the 400 watt one I currently was using. (Bridging the zx450, one to each voicecoil)

Amps built when a lower power rating was more desirable for one thing maybe.

true, they might have been trying to sneak it into a lower copetition bracket
