Well, I let my father borrow my car for 2 weeks and it came back to me with no audio. The radio works, the Amp turns on. Mute is not on double checked for that. What else could I check to make it work again. Pulled out the radio to check the connections and it was fine everything was together.

All the wires are connected properly to the amp.

Any help would be appreciated

was this the BMW?

try taking a spare speaker (even a home one will work) and hook it up to the amp and see if it has any output.

did he mention anything? he bumped something....pushed a button...etc.

did he just not have the stereo on the whole time?

He did mention that the Amp fell down. And I went to put it back up and the power cable was knocked out and I put it back in. Everything turned on. I will try to find a spare speaker.

Check all of the wires to make sure they are still inserted into the connectors. A dropping weight can easily pull them out just far enough to disconnect them.

It was drunk and only had 1 shoe on and the rotation of the earth threw off it's equalibrium and also being stoned it was the only thing that could happen.............. OR it wasn't secured properly. either way.......

The big question is WHY wasn't it secured properly? :hmm:

I have a leak in my trunk and one of the nails rusted. That could be the only reason why. I will try all the things that you guys have suggested tonight.

All right, I tried to my fullest power to try to get everything working agian. I check all the fuses from the battery and on the amp and re connected every wire to the amp and checked the connection with the radio and it was all good.

The amp light is not turning on. Could it be the amp is now dead?
