Couple of questions about an MPS 2220

Found this little jewel under the seat of my buddies old work truck. The rest of the system was stolen YEARS ago right after it was installed and since he never replaced anything else he'd forgotten the amp was there! After a little research here it appears they like a lower load to get the most out of them and I also saw that the caps should be checked being it is so old. A couple of things I can't find are how much power it actually does and what it is worth assuming it checks out well (physically it is in near mint condition).

Thanks for any info!
