Hmmm....maybe you are running too much power thru them? I am not an expert at any of this....So just giving you some ideas....cuz you said you are running a Line Driver as well....sooooo.....what deck are you running?
I have a 5volt out kenwood....
and have the gains on my 900.7 cranked to like 2/3rds or 3/4th of the way up....and been running my 951 and 5 sets like that for the longest time....3+ years....no issues with tweets...just the 5's pulling apart....

i use the old skool sony cdx c90 , a true 4volts out, gains on the line driver are only 1/4 up, and the amp gains are barely like 1/8th up

also, the xover blue leds light up with the music, as do the line drivers, so i know im not over killing them, maybe the xovers are in bad shape, even though they look good, who knows

dont use the amp gain, do it from the line driver! if u pull the line driver on max and still dont get the power then its time for the gain on the amp...
but i dont know if ti-amps like 8 volt from the linedriver.. dont think u need it..
