Cooling and Grounding Questions

Alrighty then...I am starting the install on my08 civic sedan and need some recommendations.
Cooling
I am running 3 ms2250TA's 1-4 ohm Stereo on 2 Scan Speak Tweets, 1-4 ohm Stereo on Legatia Mids , 1- 4 ohm mono on 2 IDQ10 Subs. I need to retain all of my trunk space so am going to ditch the spare and mount everything in the spare tire well (Hey I have AAA, Fix a Flat and a cell phone). My issue comes to cooling. I know the TA's run cooler than the originals but since I have NO circulation there I feel the sub amp will overheat and even if it doesn't I don't want to run them any hotter than I have to.
Has anyone ever cut holes in their floor and ducted air across their amps utilizing fans? Got any slick ideas? What is nice about this car is there is a plastic shell covering the undercar area of the well that would prevent any water or dirt getting up into the well.

Grounding
I have heard the best place to ground unibody cars is up at the alternator case or battery because of welding, paint surfaces between panels etc. etc. Think I would be good grounding this thing in the back on a thick metal panel or run it up front?
Thanks
