You definitely need a 0 gauge ground.
If the alternator already has a 4 gauge feed, then gains from having a bigger wire there will be less noticeable.

but add one at the ground , huh??? running a ti500.4, ti 600.2, 2 rsd 1200.1, and 3 gel batteries( one is a red top at factory battery, then 2 in the back, one for the 2 ti amps(used for highs/mids), and then one other battery for the 2 1200.1s( i used to stay steady at 13.9 to 14.1 volts, now im staying steady at 13.4-13.7

ESPECIALLY with that many batteries, you definitely need 0 gauge grounds from the battery to the frame, at least in the front and the back!
Unless you have an isolator, the two batteries in the rear can present a drain on the front battery as well. Minimizing the resistance between them will lower the amount of drain otherwise. I might even suggest running a 0 gauge ground from the front of the car to the back, in order to keep the separated batteries grounded together.
You might find your stereo performs better WITHOUT the extra batteries, since they too cause a charging draw on your alternator. It sounds to me that the batteries might have your alternator completely loaded down, due to the lower system voltage.

one of them in the back is 2nd grounded, i think iwill go ahead and ground the main battery 1/0, along with the stock 4gauge? right?( 2 grounds)

Yes.
Make sure you have at least 1 0g ground to the frame in the back, and that both of the batteries are powered and grounded together with 0g.

Everything i've always read said to use 1/0 gauge when runing more than one battery and always upgrade your grounds under the hood to 1/0 with anything over 1000 watts rms. Leave your stock grounds there and just add a 1/0 wire from your battery - to the chassis and from that point to the engine block.

i do have 1/0 coming into the back , for power, then i think i have 2 4gauge ground at first battery, then 1 4gauge goes from that battery to the second battery, for power, thean a single 4gauge ground on 2nd battery, then 2 4gauge power for the 2 rsd amps, but i think ill add another ground(1/0 ) at 2nd battery , then a 1/0 ground at front battery?! sound right, and btw thanx,
