Hey guys, I am building my dual 10" box and was wondering if 2 1/4 inches is enough clearance between my subs and the bottom of the enclosure?

And how do the RSdC subs sound now?

Small box = more cargo space ;)

Wait untill the glue is hardened before mounting the subs!
The vapours in the glue can affect your speaker's surround and/ or spider.

i think ull be good- i know when i built a box that was sealed( for the rsdc and testing vented), i was also amazed at how micro it seemed, they should hit pretty HARD!!!

the box is too small for my tastes, i really liked the larger enclosure. This one is FS, check buy and sell...

Shipping to Oz on that thing would be reeeeee-diculous.

Try stuffing the box with polyfill first. You may end up liking it.

I had 2 XS104 subs in a box that was .8 cf sealed total and wasn't so sure about it, but it sounded great.
