all i can say is I spoke to pg 2day 2 get 2 ra numbers, and i think that sux phils gone!!!! he was friendly, knowledgable, etc.etc.etc.; funny though, i sent an email to pg 3-4 weeks ago to compliment phil on his expertise, and how happy i am with his help wjhen needed( because nowadays everyones ready to jump to complain, versus to compliment excellent service job well done!, and now hes gone- just my 2 cents :cry:

Well, this just SUCKS!! I hope his replacement is half as knowledgeable, Phil seemed to know that entire warehouse inside and out!

I agree was just in the process to get an m1000 worked on. I spoke with him about a week ago!

when did this all take place.. geese.. I'm outta the loop for sure.. I just spoke to him like last week for my M44 screws.. dont get it.. perhaps we can send him a card or something?? I'll design/make one up with PS.. and maybe we all can sign very digital email or somethign.. i dunno just a thought.. geese that's so sad!

so what happened??? I email him about sending me the wrong mps screw and the plexi for the reactor
didn't hear anything and they just showed up?????
now I have 4 plexi and 8 mps speaker screws
if anyone need I will have 6 extra now
anyone no who is his replacement??
most of my gear is gone :liar:

i emailed with Phil like 3 weeks ago and i got a basscube power plug from him a week later - if hes gone that sucks big time :(

Yeah its a real shame he isnt there anymore. But hopefully its on to bigger and better for Phil. I had to call today because I need to send my zx950 in for service and I was taken by surprise that he wasnt there anymore....I almost did not know what to do when he didnt answer the phone.
