If pg made strapable amps so I could get full power at 2 ohms... With the maelstroms being dual8 ohms I dont have many options, so im looking at aq, since their 1200.1s can be strapped for 2ohm full power.

Ti800.1's are strappable... only one if I recall properly.

I need approximately 3000 watts or close to it. So a little 800.1 is not going to cut it.

Pretty straight forward 50 x 4, maybe 75 x 4 amp.
Double sided PCB, interesting.
Never hear of that brand.

Its rated at 90*4. Not sure of the price yet, but seeing as they are very reasonable, ide imagine under or at 200. They arent shipping yet. They are a sister company of digital designs. Dad owns dd, and son owns audioque. Or i might have mixed them up. Either way, practicly the same company. audioque hdc3= 9500dd pretty much
dd
Audio que

Here is a link to that amp.

Personally I would put the Sundown above the AQ. The AQ amps, on many of the models (have not checked all yet), they share way too much with HiFonics for me to feel they are a quality choice. Sundown comes from a more proven build house, in addition transitioning to a superior one in the future. Customer service by Sundown has been outstanding.
