I bought a Ti5CompElite last summer, and when I turned on my system after installing an EQ215i, I blow up one tweeter ...

Would like to know you suggestions for a replacement. I know Morel did the components for PG, but not sure witch one (from Morel) will fit in my hole, and witch one with have the same spec's. The MT-23 ?

I believe that the MT-23 is correct. No matter where you get them, they wont be cheap.

Unfortunately I don't think the Morel tweeters are impedance matched... so they may not work with your crossover. You might have to get the actual PG tweeter, or a replacement with matching impedance.
