I use Exile Xtecs and love them! Before that, I had ID CXS62 and they were also really good. I had some PG Xenons before and they sounded good but not much midbass.

Using the ID CSX62's just like Audiophiliac ^^^ once had..
Like them, feel that I need to make some kind of lil enclosure for them to be that much better.. but love'em for what they are right now...!

Not to be a giant whore, but I really like my PG RSd6cs component set.

I use the PG Elite 6 comps active. Thought by a VERY small margin, I prefered the Dynaudios I had last year. Wished I would have went active on them first.

But I love the Elites too. Just need to get that mid in a sealed door pod.

I am using the Morel Hybrid Ovation 6. Nice and detailed, I really like the tweeter. IMO you need to power them up, to get the mids going though.

I am running in my car rsd65cs components and love them. Even all my friends are amazed at them. I used to have infinity reference 6.5 components and these blow them away wayyy cleaner and can get loud without being harsh on the ears like my infinitys were. LOVE EM! I want to hook them up to my dads ZX500 and see what happens but my dads stingy and wont let me. My dad is going to have his boston acoustic pro60 hooked up and ill let you guys know how that sounds vs my phoenix gold rsd65cs. thats gunna be a good review cant wait.

You have a 300ce Brabus and you haven't posted pictures of it yet??? For shame!

I run Elite 6 components. Love em. And I think they sound better with the passive crossover too, so there :P

I've got nothing too fancy right now, just a set of Alpine Type-R 6.5 components. When I originally did my stereo, I had an overall budget of $1300 to work with. I'm pleased with these, but by no means do I plan on keeping them forever. The mids seem to lack an authoritative punch, but I do have to say the tweeters have a nice level of detail and clarity. It also helps having the db jumpers on the crossover units to fine-tune the tweeters. I'd like to eventually get a set of PG comps though to play around with.

I have a set of Focal K3P's , also 3 way , but ran them as a 2 way back in the day , very nice sounding speaker, good midbass, but needs a solid mounting.

Also has a set of Zeropint Tweeters and a pair od DD 6.5W midbasses , which had a stunning roll off at about 3600hz, so no need for a x-over on them.

I'm running a pair of Ascendant Audio Poly 7" mids with some cheap dayton nd20 tweets. I am really liking this setup and it only cost 50shipped for the polys used and the daytons are around 11 bucks a set. They are amazing little tweeters. I have mine crossed at 4khz@24db/oct and they are really liking that. Before i had them at 3khz at 12db/oct and they were good there too, but my mids could handle that extra bit so i took some stress off of the tweets and i am happy with how it turned out. I have a set of Blaupunkt vc100s im going to exchange them out for soon, as those are a great tweet for the price, around 35shipped w/wires and a crossover. All you need is a set of mids and you have a full component set. Not to mention, there are three different types of tweeter mounts included. I broke them in on my pc setup and they are a nice sounding tweet with quite a bit of detail. Im comparing these to my reference tweets, a pair of B&G neo3's which are the most detailed tweet i think i have ever heard in a home/car system.

elite 5's here. Im with Stipud in that the x/o is perfect.

Just be aware that you need to make a small enclosure for the mids.
