phoenix gold octane-zr 12d2 LED not working

Hey people! Was wondering if anybody can help me. The LED light on my PG subwoofer is not working. Any reasons why it would not be working? I don't have any manuals as I bought this sub from some guy. Any help would be appreciated... thanks!!

whoa, easy there. its not even been a 1/2 hour yet!

need more info. where are the connections for the LED going? chained off the amp? directly to the battery?

Dude it's been 20 minutes. Relax.

Did you buy it used? The LED could be burnt out from the previous owner. People often accidentally hook up the speaker wires to it

You should be giving it switched 12v and a ground signal. Use your remote to trigger a relay, in order to send it power... and ground to your chassis.

sorry guys. I didnt mean to posy a reply that many times. My pc froze so I clicked submit a few times by accident. Sorry guys if it seemed like I was being impatient. I really wasn't.
Okay I guess it was not hooked up then. The sub was brand new in the box but the owner misplaced the manual so I highly doubt its burnt.
The guy that installed it for me most likely didn't know there was an LED light to hook up. Thanks alot guys for the help. It is very much appreciated!! Again sorry for the accidental post replies
