I exspecially like the ZPA / blue theme work towards the bottom (see below too, i cropped it out) where Phoenix Gold is embossed in the carpeting!

Just kinda like what I do and try to sell on ebay... Not jacking a thread but I see a chance here to plug...

"The Carpet Embossers"... I have templates to do just that as seen in Huet's work, but I only, right now, have the PG swooshes completed... In wood, Plexi, and all different sizes... Have a look below...

I've posted about this before.. in for sale thread... Maybe someone new will see or someone new is re-doing their install, etc... I have Embossers made up ready to go...! :) but yes he/they @ HUET do some really nice work for sure! Would love to learn how / wish I had that kinda talant!

I can get 19" if I fold it in half! lol :o  :o
or
I only have 3" to work with.... but hey some gurlz like it that thick! :o

seriously though folks...
What size you need... I can do just about anysize you need.. just only have the 19" ready to go.. I can simply increase the size of the template and make it however big you would like. Is it the PG Swoosh you would like or perhaps "Phoenix Gold" i.e. spelled out?? jlmk

Yes, I believe/feel confident I can.. but just wanna share that keeping it porportionate it'll end up being apprx 12" tall. It will ultimately be very big ya know?? I wouldnt want to just stratch it out 36, w/o stretching it taller equally.. so I just wanna say.. it's gonna be big.... lemme know exact measurements you would like and I can work it up...

This is for carpet embossing? yes? so you're probably gonna want it to be wood, versus plexi, right??

should have your 36" template ready soon, By the weekend I would say...
Takes some doing sometimes... 36" is big... but certainly "do-able"...

I'll let you know when template ready...

Question: Are you going to be carpeting it/over it?? Not that it matters, but just curious,...

I can do it is lexan/plexi perhaps if your intent was to maybe paint it, or have neon lights behind it, etc...

But if carpetted, then wood would be the best... AND secondly.. I could even make it a two piece, like you see on the sign on that metal/mesh piece... or just the swoosh piece itself alone...?

If two piece, obviously it would require two templates to be done up, and ultimately two pieces to be made up...(IOW more costly)...but again, Certainly "do-able"...

But given the size of the piece you are looking for, obviously it would be more than the $20.00 shipped price on/off of eBay that is typically advertised... This size of template requires wide-format printin, i.e. having to go staples to have printed, as I dont have anything that prints onto 36" length X 12/13" across. No Biggie, I would simply make the size desired on computer and have staples print it for me... But the extra size in materials, time, shipping, etc... were probably up around 70/80 shipped... but it'll be a nice piece... Nice piece for sure...

BUT if you wanted to take it even a step further I could make it in plexi/lexan, route out a chanel for it to lay into in a wooden faceplate, using a negitive of the template, carpet that, lay the piece into it, run some neon underneath, and throw up some 2" walls for you to then be able to secure it to your trunk (inside/underneath trunk lid, I only assume) and have it illuminated. I Think that would be like real real FRICKEN nice... Got me thinking baout it for my self somehow.. An Illuminated PG LOGO Swoosh when lift up the trunk...hummmm Sounds real neat! Real neat, but also real expensive.. it would take a while for sure, and all that.. perhaps triple/quadruaple/or more the expense... but certainly possible as an option... if you wanted to have neon, lighting/illumination, etc...

Oh well...Lemme know...

OKAY Back on trac here.. got the widecreen working now and hooked to staples...

Got template ready to go for you.. still be a lil bit.. but the grunt work is done...

FYI: for anyone else.. I have taken liberty of making up some other sizes for templates as well... ranging from 10" -> 36"

Just say the word, and/or exactly what size it is you need and I can make it happen... 36" trunk embosser coming up here shortly for Capital_M

HOPE YOU POST PIC's CAPITAL WHEN COMPLETE! So everyone can see your work... and soon PM will be sent...

FYI: that's a queen bed that you see templates i made laying on... just to give you some idea of how big they are/look/feel... ecited to do them as I might even want one for myself ya know.. but that big! where???.....!

Can you do a swoosh around 36 inches?
Maybe some others of you will like this here?!?!?!

I have taken a tentative order for a 36" PG Swoosh.. HERE IT IS...
And I have to tell you.. I even amazed my self... Have a looksie:

First pic is the naked/bare wood product for the carpet embosser next to a plexi for a MS1K to demostrate the size of this piece...
following pictures are various shots of completed item

The individual that requested a 36" piece will be has intentions on using it inside/under his trunk lid... however, might end up changing his mind whence he sees it in person,
More can always be made upon request...

hang it in office, or use it as it was designed for carpet embossing, etc.. who knows but it looks so sweet in person...!
Final product has a metalic paint applioed after sanding off rought edges.

4/5 hours from start to finish plus materials and outsourcing some services. Will be posted in buy/sell thread also. with further specifics.
