Phoenix Gold System help!!

I recently picked up a phoenix gold system from a friend for pretty cheap. This is what I got: 2 brand new pg x-max 10 inch v2 subs, 2 m-50 amps, 1 m-44 amp, tba transmiytter and receiver, one eq 215 x.

I have no clue what the value or quality of phoenix gold car audio is. What amp should I use to power the x-max's?
Should I run the tba reciever out put to the eq or the amps first?
and are the x-max designed for a sealed box

I also have 1200 watt sony explod amp would the sony amp sound better than the m-50 bridged mono, I noticed the m amps where rated low out put power, though I dought the sony is pushing 1200 watts.

All of it is worth about 75.00... I'll shoot ya an additional $50.00 to cover shipping $125.00 total and just shoot it down this way... that should fix you up real nice...

Nah, only kiddin'... only joking, i'd send ya 140.00 for it.

Mostly depends on condition of external area (i.e. sinks, metal covers, etc...) and internals (i.e. board, caps, etc...), and most of all how pressed someone is to sell... ultimately something is worth what someone else is willing to pay...

ball Parkin' it.. hard to say with out seeing and looking thoroughly threw the amp.. but off the cuff... seen M50's go for anywhere from 80-175; M44's 150-250 (even lil less at times); tba transmiytter and receiver (with cable and good looking condition), thought i saw one go for apprx 2/250.00 or at least that was the asking price if I recall correctly... Xmax Subs... Think new they're like 69/79.00 Each...

I'm not so so good at this.. suppose someone else might/could chime in and coirrect me, or add to it.. it's hard to say... there's nothing like a price guide to reference like looking up what is Toney Dorsets Rookie card worth... and even then it's inflated as you never get book price. go figure...
