VERY,VERY underated. Supposed to be the best SQ PG amp made.

the ZPA was a "car-ized" version of a carver pro audio amp....so it is quite underrated and has amazing SQ potential.

the .3 will do close to 300x2 @ 4ohms, while the .5 will do quite a bit over 300x2 @ 4ohms

It's closer to 1000 (0.3) and 1500 (0.5) isn't it?

well 300x2 @ 4ohms would probibly be about 500x2@2ohms on that amp....

500x2 @2ohms =1000x1 @4ohms!

so yep!

edit - wait i got confused, i was thinking .5

i don't know about 1000 on the .3......maybe 800ish.

never done it though.

i think there is a mod it keep it in high currant mode that might make that possible

found one on e-bay ,normaly i want a x200.4 or would a zpa better for my ti elite 5-1 compo?
the x200.4 is gonna be bridged for the ti elite 5-1

I would do ZPA in that case. Just make sure you have a line driver... the ZPAs only take in 8+ volts... there is no gain

Actually, you already have two Xenon amps... Just do another Xenon. Why are you bridging 400 watts to it anyways? 200 is already excessive, 100 is enough. You can run a whole 9-5-1 set PERFECTLY off of a 200.4... I see no reason to split them up. Either get a 200.4 and sell the 200.2, or get another 200.2.

the zpa will be more then enough for the ti 5's.

if you went with the 200.4, you could use the rear channels for a sub. the 200.4 duel bridged to a single component set would be awesome for bragging rights, but damn near pointless for a functionality standpoint

FWIW, my ZPA0.3 modified did just under 900w X 1 @ 2 ohms at 14.6 volts. I think it was 882. A local shop shut their doors last year and they were benching all the demo'd amps. A friend of mine that worked there took it in for me.

if you are running TI's...Dont run them active. that passive crossover is a work of art and you will gain NOTHING by running them active.

wait....what am i saying....yes, run them active and give me your crossover  (kidding....seriously, use the crossover, it is amazing)
