2 x QX300.1 or 2 x QX180.2s?

well, I have a 300.1 here. And a 180.2.
There's an opportunity on the bay for another of both, new. The 300.1 is mildly more expensive (but there's not much in it).
IIRC, the specs say 180W @ 4Ohmz bridged for the 180.2; they give 150 @ 4 for the 300.1.
The 300.1 will be a little more difficult to fit but would look superb - they'll be upright on the left and right of the trunk, the 900.1d, the 100.2 and the 90.2 on the left and the 300.1s on the right.
can anyone think of a really good reason why I should go for the 180.2 not the 300.1?
Yeah, the 500.1 would be great but I've not seen another one of those on sale and I need kickbass - I don't really want class D for anything other than sub duties.
Oh yeah, the other alternative: on marktplaats.nl, there's also a 300.4. That would also give me 150 x 2 @ 4 ohm and it would complete the collection better
