anyways, any thoughts from anybody, i need some keep me "BUSY" work for the time being-im thinking if i bridge them to the sub end, then that would actually drop my ohm load down to 1ohm mono??? if i could just get the front internal xover bypassed, i would bridge one sub to the front amp, and the 2nd to the sub part of that amp=400*2. any ideas or suggestions??????? or mayb talk me out of even considering powering this up-

so, no jobs coming my way, and im going CRAZY!!!!!! I'm considering taking my rsd1200.1 out, and put the LE octane in( once again, this has never been used, completly BRAND NEW!), and run my 2 rsdc10s(wired series/par.) off it, just wish u could bypass the internal crossover on the front (hp) of this puppy

I dunno, the RSD amp seems much better suited to that application.

i would love to do that, except, i like to run active, and theres no way to turn the internal xover off, so if i did try and run this way , id have to hook up passive, unless u know something i dont?? , also, it has just the single rca input, not front and rear, hmmmmm, but u have me thinking---maybe hook up the tweets passive only thru the front, turn the xover up ll the way to 5-800 hz, then wire both sets of 6.5s together, and listen to it,-- if i run the tweets active, even though the signal would come in at 3.15khz, i wonder what would happen if the amp xover set to 150(for the mids on rear channel? hmmmmm, definetly thinking
, let me know if u have any ideas-heres from the manuel-
CROSSOVER FREQUENCY Controls the high
and low pass crossover point symetrically for
the high and low pass speaker outputs. The
crossover is always engaged with a frequency
adjustable from 40Hz to 800Hz with a 24dB

wish i could use the le on mids/tweets on front( I can, but would have to be passive), then use the rear part of that amp to 6.5s in the rear(fill), however, its gonna send a lowpass signal, like as though the 6.5s are subs, not mids, just hate havn' it lay around, not using it, however, its a nice collectors item,( if the fronts are passive, yeah i can set the xover to 150hz, ( if the le had front/rear rcas, with bypass on the internal xover, it wouldn't seem as limited, was designed to be a singal piece for entire system, i guess, just been thinking, thats why i asked for other peoples thoughts/ideas
