made my own covers for my zx350/450

so, i couldnt find my old fallen out, unglued, plexi windows, so i went 2 lowes, spent 3 bux and cut , glued lexan in, and, it came out pretty saweeet, looks like factory-there is about a space9literally a hair) , so its 2 pieces, not one, at each window, so mayb this well help better with venting-

i know; i didnt think it would look good-cause it took 2 seperate pieces to make the one piece; but using a straight edge to score the lexan, they line right up, so it looks like one piece-and only took about 45 minutes-

those are a smoke grey color-for example for ti equip, and i do have 2 extra ti xovers i dont use, so when i put those in it didnt look right on the zx series; b/c zx they were clear, ti are smok light grey-

Have you considered bending it? Very easy to do with a heat gun and a solid edge to bend with.

i thought about it; just figured id try this simple simpleton way first,a nd it came out sooo good, im gonna leave it alone; but may try that method if needed again in the future
