A friend of mine bought a 2007 Tahoe and the OEM HU DVD player will not work on the front screen when the car is in drive. Is there a bypass so that it will display while the truck is in drive?

PS: I still need help my Ti elite sub question thread.

Does it work when in park?

Does it work in park only with the e-brake engaged?



If it works only in park with e-brake just short the pin switch for the e-brake and see if it works, if not then it is tied into the neutral safety switch.
