Hey guys/gals,

I recently purchased a brand spankin' new rsd500.4 for $200cdn :)
I've got the rsd65cs for front stage, and I have in the mail coming to me 2 x cadence cvlw-69 for my rear deck (need the trunk space, i'm a diver, so no sub for me).
I want to wire the 6x9's to 2ohms and run it off the rear channel bridged.... question is, can the amp handle it? Or should I just stick with running the midbass subs off of each rear channel separately?

(Please please tell me that the amp can handle bridged @ 2ohms)...

It can, if you go modestly on the gains.

Personally with those speakers I would do 4 ohms stereo. The additional power by going bridged would only make a 2-3dB difference at most, whereas you would have better control at 4 ohms. I know those 6x9's don't need a ton of power, especially if you aren't installing them in a small box.
