22 inch sub

Here is some pics of fi's new 22 inch basket. 22 followed by 18,15,12,10, 8

Will be available in the btl, and bl subs. Needless to say, when its available in a few months, I will be making the trade up from my 18 hdc, to this 22 inch blt :lol: Ide imagine the cone area is nearly identical to 2 15s. As for the last picture, that is not the btl motor, its the entry line ssd motor.

I also forgot to mention, that their will be an ib3 22 icnch aswell that would make for a killer ht setup 8)

22" is just a tad more cone area than two 15s ;)

How much fo a 22"?

HT setup ya say..... :hmm: An 18cube dual slotport box behind the couch.......And $1000 worth of 8ohm power with a CARVER Pro ZR1600 stashed off somewhere..........
Those tender little burgers with them little, itty-bitty grilled onions that just explode in ya mouth like flavor crystals every time you bite into one.. just makes me want to burn this muthafuka down.... Come on, Pookie, let's burn this muthafuka down!!!

Well Just going off the pricing of the 18 btl, which is 414 shipped, ide imagine it being about 475-500. The ht ib sub for an 18 is 219 on fi's website, so ide say about 300 for the 22.

They bought the rights to some old TC patents, so they are using a TC based basket for the AA SMD 22" driver, I believe.

yep.. the only problem with the smd is that they dont make it in 22s :lol: looks pretty good though.

22's on the outside AND inside...........
They'll sell tons of those woofers in the south for sure. I want 1 too......

Nah, rims like that just slow you down. Im not into that at all, atleast not on my car. Atleast with having a big system, I can take it out, whenever I go to the track, or ect. My car looks stock, and I would like to keep it that way.. Now If I had a big suv, I might be saying otherwise 8)

As for the comment about a 22 with less power, I mentioned the ib version, I believe its 500 watts :D
