bass cube led

I am getting ready to install my octane and I would like to switch the led to blue in the bass cube. Any recomendations on what type of led would work?

i tested my ti 3mm blue leds when they first arrived from newark.com on my bass cube remote; they wouldnt light on my DMM( its a real cheap one from radio shack)-I dont know where u live , but live in florida and they shipped out od south carolina-if i order onmonday they are usually here on wednesday-heres the part number 40C1898-good luck

why would you expect your leds to light up on a meter?

ive seen some multimeters that have a led input, or you can usually check them in diode mode; i have cheap leds that light off the dmm in diode mode-but not these ti 3mm blue leds-google led and see what comes up

forgot 2 mention the 3mm led may be bigger than the oem-if ur gonna custom install that sizw would be perfect, if not, then u may want to check into 2mm
