Update; February 2009.
Some members [friends ] spoke with him about this on another forum he joined.
At first, he again blamed me and them, for beeing dishonest about the whole thing, and came up with the adress he shipped to... it was NOT my adress, it was not even in Holland, but in the US.
He clearly made a mistake, sending the item to a stranger in the US, instead of sending it to the given adress in Holland.
After a while he admitted his mistake, and payed me back the money with a simple" sorry for all the hassle, I made a misstake,my bad".
Sadly he did not want to say "I apalogize" to the members here involved, making him a unwanted person here still.
He also did not explain why he never replied ANY of my PM's, E-mails and PP claims during a three-month period.
That's all I wanted to add; case closed IMO.
Thanks to all my friends here for winning this battle for justice!

Hehe.....as stated...Good riddance....

I think that we....ESPECIALLY Here on Pphorums gave him PLENTY of chances....And Nico Especially....w/ all the attempts to contact.
Anyway no need to go into detail again...but sheesh...Glad everything tho w/ Nico's side is all taken care of.
