just wanted to say that somehow my shipping half missed a 6" grill being shipped so i want to say that I suck right now

WTF...

I am in the process of moving from one house to another while we do some mods to the original house, and for some reason a grill went AWOL...

feel bad about it, going to look at work now, since I took the pics there, tossed it into a box, which I tossed into a car... don't know which one because i take home a different one almost every day, then took it into the house, set the box on the dining room table, asked my wife to mail it, carried it down stairs for her and left it by her desk

just to let ya know I am totally embarrassed by it, and feel totally stupid! if I can't find it I will buy everything back or refund him some of the money

James is a great guy and has beat himself up over this. I would buy from him again without question. Really not a major deal and wouldnt have prevented me from buying the goodies. Still holding out hope you will find it man but shit happens. I still got what I absouletly needed out of the purchase anyway. Just let me know.

You are a great buyer, I just don't know what it is. these past 2 things I sold were screwed up in some way, this missing grill and the other was some guy buying an interface module for his Cayenne in Monaco and NavTv said no problem, guy pops it in and BAM... works great... but 10 minutes later his navigation goes out... called navtv and they were like shit... Monaco... thought you meant Montana... they took care of it though via a software update, but damn... what the hell.

Again, my apologizes and I will make it right somehow
