Bought a pair of ZEROpoints splits through him. Prompt delivery and although some items come through damaged, excellent communication and willing to help.
Cause of damage is to be be determined after assessment. Items were insured.

UPDATE: Zeropoints damaged in transit. Confirmed by speaker repairers. Not happy with Canada Post... but anyway.....
