If the person you are trying to rate already has a thread, please comment in there, rather than making a new post. If this is the user's first review, please create a new thread with the user's account name as the subject. Leave all relevant details to the transaction and a brief review of the user in your post.

Any followups may be posted to the thread, but please try to only give them one actual review per transaction.

PLEASE NOTE: This is not a "rate your buddies" testimonial section. Please do not post "he is a good dood I think he's got pretty eyes"... Instead, this place is for leaving reviews of monetary transactions that have been held. Therefore I will be deleting any posts which do not have any transactional information.
