report it ebay say that unit was stolen get it taken down or pm him on ebay like 900 times

I sent him a msg asking if he happened to have a 1200.1ti that he was paid $400 for & never sent to buyer...

I'd like to report him, just not sure the best angle that would work.

...I think i saw the same guy selling a ti1200.1 for parts or repair a few weeks ago on ebay as well, this is the second time i have seen the 900.7 listed. not a 100% on that but im sure ebay can look it up. can they bust him for selling stolen property if you have police reports?

Well I am going to put a stop to this shit right now . First I shiped your ti1200.1 to one of two addresses you provided to me . The amp came back in a smashed box Rember I sent you pic,s of the box . At witch point you asked me to test the amp and sure enough it was damaged . At witch point I filed a clame on the insurance and got your amp fixed . You then called the cops on me they came over and looked through all the emails and saw three things that were flags to him about you. He said the fact that you pade me with another,s paypal with the two differand adresses you gave and the fact the paypal account had an thired adress that was differant was supect to online scamming . I then asked the officer what I should do . He told me to send the amp to the next adress so that,s what I did . I have 100% feedback on ebay thank you. If you keep up with the slanderis post I will sue you .. I reshiped your amp in June . Now I am not sure of you livving sit but givven two addresses I would say its not stable . Hell at this point I am sure your not stable .. lastly I sold a nonworking 1200.1 on eBay I also was selling a nonworking 900.7 on eBay . I still have my custom-built 900.7 thank-you . Just an update, I just spoke to the Bath Police Dept. who informed me no action has been taken by anyone which proves you are still full of shit Chris-AKA Auidiogood. But nice try.

My purpose now is to inform any decent individual to be wary in dealing with this pole-smoker because of my own personal experiences. I work, attend school, have kids, & a life- I have little time to spend on this endeavor other than a few comments when I see his name pop up. I bought another 1200.1 from Pimpenest (works great!) who is a good member here, to run my Elite which is the whole point of this all. I wanted to bump harder with PG, got ripped off, tried again thru a credible source, succeeded, now bump harder. $400 is the cost of my error as I have no time or expense to fly out to Maine & pursue this. I'll do what I can but, bottom line is I screwed up by gifting the flow to dorkboy who took advantage, my bad. PG kicks ass & is why I'm a phorum member. Thanks to all of you who understand.
