Where are you running the boat at, a park? I have a lot of lakes where I live, but they all have real boats on them. I would love a nice park pond with no one to run me down, and a short walk around it to get the boat back.

I have an old Team Losi LXT truck. It is around 15+ years old, but is mint, and I believe it would still be competitive with any other 2wd stadium truck on the market today. It has a hydraulic clutch, ball differential, full ball bearings, titanium tie rods and ball ends, CVD outdrives, and Teflon coated oil shocks. I would never want to race it though, as the parts are no longer available if I broke anything. I will have to post some photos of it.

yeah...it is a man made lake at a park...they race the boat there in the summer and it is only ft deep in case you end up going in for the boat...note the wet clothes!!!!

I have to find the videos I've got of it passing the traffic on the highway in the background :D :D :D :D

fast boats rule!!!! I love hydros and outriggers....both fun to build and they are so friggin fast....

when I really had that boat dialed in on 4 cells she was a 60mph boat...after a good 4 laps you start to feel frazzled from trying to keep from loosing it. The hydro's will do insane things in corners once they are balaned and arn't dragging.....realistically you just barely edge off coming in to let the rear pick up and let the sponson dig and let it go again 1/3 of the way in...but I have bout 2 g's into that boat and can't keep a motor in it!!!! they are too much for the 1/10th scale crafts really and boats arn't about letting off...it is typically balls out for 4 to 10 laps and she needs to cool.

I've got a fan under the canopy of that and there are small holes tapped to let air in...and the water cooling pick up's and the motors still get hot....but if she ain't fast....get the bitch off the water imo :D :D :D :D
