Do a search for Hearse or Limo... 1980's large vehicles, not vans or volvo :)

With a hearse at least you can do a Frank theme!

Please remember, I have a tight budget to use on a car. It will not be a everydayuser, only for stereo usage. And it must be "cheap", like the cars we had back then. None of us youngsters could afford an expensive car back then...

The more I think about this it becomes clear you really should stick with an American made van or people carrier. This will suit the PG theme best. Ideally it would be white too. So it's best to search on that criteria and see what pops up in your budget. It may take a while to find something and you may have to be flexible and take whatever comes your way.

Yeah, I think it'll be a Chrysler Grand Voyager. They are within my budget, and quite spacey.

Like you said, it is a Made in America wagon, and that would suite me well.

Yes, white is ofcourse the ultimate color of this car.

Even if you can't find a good white one, maybe you can just have lots of white inside where the instal is. This is what I plan to do - have a bank of white MS amps in an all white amp rack, possibly with gold connectors showing under a glass cover. So in effect my boot floor would look like a giant MS2250. Some custom silk screen or etching would be a finishing touch.

I just need to change cars first! :D

I've just seen this and thought of you... white van, 6.8 litre V10. Should be nippy even with your kit list! I wonder if there are any kicking about in Europe?

What about an old T3? That should fit your budget i think 8) And as a bonus: It isn´t as fugly as the JAG. Holy crap who had the idea building a car like that. That´s even worse than the 2001 Daihatsu Sirion

Well, in Norway at least, cheap, spacious, auto transmission and preferably american leaves little choice but the Voyager. I would suggest a Renault Grand Espace, but they are all manual transmission here, except the later models, but then again they're not cheap. (and also, they're french :p )

well, at least in white it looks like an ambulance... just paint a giant red cross on the side and Crank- Amp'n - Wagon in a circle around the cross.
