PG history sub-forum??

I was wondering if we might be able to set up a sub-forum for PG history, for the products? Kinda like a time line thing, mixed with product info. I know that I'm still kinda new to car audio, and I'm still clueless to a lot of things that PG made. I would love to have somewhere to look and find out about these sort of things without asking more questions.

Just a thought, what does everybody (especially stipud) think????

Nice idea, the only shame is PG pulled there historical page showing all there Heritage amps in beautiful color with specs

See, I missed that. That must have been there before I started to get into PG. I know I can go to the website and get PDF's of the owners manuals, but that still does not realy give me a time line or anything.

While that does kick ass (and I have never seen it), that only covers amps. Now that I'm getting into processing and accessories I would love a timeline on them as well. Thanks for the link though, that will answer many of my questions!!

See, I knew about that, but it's just not the same as having a structure set up. I guess I was just hoping that we could all get together and put something, well, together. /austin powers

I agree with tibbs. I just got re-involved with car audio after a decade or so of not having any kind of system. Hell M series were new the last time I cared at all, and now I'm trying to relearn some of this stuff. It would be nice to have a place to catch up on all the things that I missed.

In 1983 PG went to it's first CES with a 10x10 cubical and a single 5 foot spinner rack.............

Looking at the ZPA amps, did anyone else otice what I did about the 0.3/0.5 pics?

Both are pics of the 0.3

PG originated in Boston, MA in 1982 or late 81. Started out with a/v cables.

PG founder was the son of a Portland furniture mogul and they used the same facility for some time, I may be incorrect, but to my knowledge PG has always been in Oregon.
