I worked with some Ukrainians and ever since I have been obsessed with finding out more about Russian speaking people. I also like pictures of submarines and this site has a ton of pictures of Russian submarines.

When we lived in GA there was a group of Russian immigrants we used to hang out with. They liked me because I would drink vodka and eat caviar with them.

But the women for the most part were smoking hot!

Russian restaurants are a trip. You can bring your own bottle and put it on the table. The waitresses will bring out shot glasses for the men to drink and toast each other... The women at the table are there to pour drinks for the men. LOVE IT!

Remember when toasting always start with a salute to the continued health and prosperity of their families... After a few rounds you can get crazy toasts going.

I've been following this site for ages, mostly for the car section. You can sure rig up some hilarious contraptions with no money, a few gallons of vodka, and a lot of time.

Some people have gone through russian blogs and taken all of the good stuff and put it on one website in english. A significant part of it is pictures of old soviet stuff.
