any pointers on cleaning titanium cases ?

2 of mine look fine. one has a dull look to it..duller than the others ..might be a steel version. been a while ..I forgot the details on these different cases.

anyone know whats good to clean them up with? I was going to go to parts store and look for some chrome/steel cleaner.

I am actually half way through restoring a couple Ti pieces and had taken pics while doing so to post a how-to. But then I ended up back in the hospital last weekend and got a little behind. I am almost back on my feet again and ready to restart the project...

How about mothers metal polish or something similar?

depends on if the mark went through the clear which often happens. It is just a flat clear coat over a brushed metal to get the effect.
