Xenon 600.1 cooling fan issues

Hey Guys

Do the cooling fans on the xenon monoblocks activate on startup, like the multichannel amps do?
Reason being is the fan on my 600.1 has never started up. Is this an issue or does it only activate when the amp is hot enough?
If it is an issue where should i start looking?

Only when amplifier get hot enough
