Transformers movie

Post by smgreen20 »

It's a must see for anyone even remotly fasinated w/the toy. I liked it better that the last Pirates movie. Can't wait for the second one to come out. The only spoiler I'm going to give is at the end they left it open for a 2nd movie. I want you to go see it and see for yourself.

For my movie tastes, this is easly a 5 out of 5. I put it up there w/Lord of ther Rings and Star Wars. My friends are going to go see it this weekend and I might go w/them to see it again as I AM GOING TO GO SEE IT AGAIN.

I forgot, stay after the movie and watch the credits. There's 3 additional scense, last last of which is the opener for a 2nd movie.

"I did sir. I had a friend that was on that chopper" and " were you masterbaiting in here?" Though funny. I wasn't prepared for my 11 and 9 yr olds to hear that.

At the very begining the decepticon chopper had the number 4500 that was shot down a while back. I thought it was cheesy that someone just happened to know someone on the bird in that room.

Well I saw it yesterday and was thoroughly impressed! Best movie I have seen since The Departed came out. I thought they did a much better job on the Autobots than the Decepticons. Megatron looked quite different from what I remember from the cartoon. But OP was dead on. The voices were all excellent....and that CGI is something else! And on the IMAX screen, it was even better! Better sound too....I hope they bring up some more characters in the sequel. Like Sideswipe, Dirge, the Dinobots, Predacons, etc....Constructicons....Bonecrusher...etc....yeah yeah yeah!! The chicks were HOT too....

ok if that was it I didn't miss anything cause I was pissed because I stayed and watched all the credits cause the lights in the theater stayed off I took that as a queue there would be more only to findout I wasted 10 minutes for nothing!

I think I'm done now until it comes out on HD-DVD or Blu-ray!

I tried finding it on IMAX and from what I gathered it is not on the 70mm film only 35mm but some are still showing it on the larger screens. If that is true some parts will be "grainy" but the CGI should be awesome!

We were in the prime seats in the IMAX and it didnt look too grainy at all....they did a really good job with it not being 70mm stock. The sound is definitely better in our IMAX theater.
