I have a ZX200 in white, a ZX350 in white (which I bought recently used), and another ZX350 in black which says "v2" on it. I've never been sure, what are the differences between a version 2 and regular (version 1?) in this series of amps?
I vaguely remember someone telling me years ago it had something to do with the design of the cooling fans and they made some kind of improvement. However as irony would have it, it is my v2 ZX350 which has a noisy cooling fan.
Thanks!
Jason
What does Version 2 "v2" mean WRT to ZX amps?
The fan upgrade is V2. Atleast this is how it worked with my Zx amps. The ones with the v2 on the front silkscreen are v1's with the factory upgrade. The ones with v2 in the serial number but don't have a v2 on the silscreen are the factory shipped v2's.
